The app has had a bug for at least the least 2 months . I would love to rate it at a 5. The actual company is on point. Excellent customer service. However, the functionality of the app is disappointing.
Terrible service, app and software. Multiple people ask me for the same information at different times. I ended up entering my information (same ones) in Multiple places. I regret paying for the whole year. Local CPA would have been much cheaper with better availability. They will put 5 people in your team and none are available.
I’m 2 yrs behind on taxes thanks to them and on verge of bankrupcty
Not sure what my $3000 is paying for! My Q1 taxes were never done, and my Q2 taxes I csn not schedule an appointment because the app keeps crashing.
Spent alot of money for their services. Supposed to file my business and personal taxes but when I asked them about filling out and sending 1099’s out to people that did work for me they say it’s an add on, in my world that’s part of my business taxes. They finally said they would do it for no charge after I complained. Whenever I tried to contact them about filing extensions they took days to respond and then it was past the deadline. Now they’ve started billing me again without warning! Sucks
I’ve never had such poor service and lack of communication. My accountant entered my information wrong (not my fault) and I was told I’d need to pay a fee to get it fixed, which is absurd. Save yourself the money and go with someone else. Do NOT recommend.
App constantly crashes or force closes. Doesnt log all the info. Have to reinstall on daily basis. Difficult to get responses from your team in a timely manner. Honestly it’s not worth the costs.
I Hope 1800Accountant Becomes America’s Favorite Accountant. Just Because. That’s Why.
Can’t schedule an appointment on the app. Hopefully it’s something that gets fixed soon.
