Just opened my app today to find all my reward points gone and a login screen telling me I don’t have an account. Everytime the app updates you loose your points. What a scam.

Please fix this app I go to 7Leaves quite often and am only able to use this app once in a blue moon. I’d love to rack up rewards when I buy drinks, but it seems I can’t even do that, much less order ahead. Upon every launch I’m met with blank icons. Tapping on them may reveal item descriptions, but when tapping on the barcode for rewards does now show any images. Very frustrating to say the least. I would much rather have the punch cards back as they’re tried and true verus this app.
Cumbersome. Seems to be offline about 30% of the times I try to use it. Asks me what my favorite tea and store are EVERY time I start it. WHY? Reordering is equally cumbersome. GRUBHUB is easier to use. And surprise… I got a nice discount along with better feedback and usability and that’s sad because a purpose built app theoretically should be better focused and tailored than a generic food app.
