Easy and simplev
Pros: you get to save on some items buying in bulk. Cons: The customer service doesn’t work. Can’t continue a conversation if you get out of the app or the phone goes to rest mode. You’ll get a new customer service and you have to start over like 15 times. Con# 2 Delivery is slower even with prime you can wait 4 days. Con# 3, some items are the same price or even more expensive as regular amazon. Always compare. Con# 4 you pay a different prime. Why? You’ll never know. Con# 5. The app sucks.
Buttons are incomplete and I have to remember what they were previously as not do something wrong. All product reviews are now gone and we can’t make further review or ask a question on a product from past buyers to make a purchase decision. Going to stick with the desktop browser (where we can block sponsored products in the search results) or go back to the old app which is almost as bad but can use an older version I had backed up.
