Backing up files locally is painful. It doesnt let me select which folder to save my backup to. This is basic functionality that should be included. Im forced to search for the backup to manually transfer it to a removable storage!!
I have used the App for a while and never needed any explanation of how to use it. It was simple and easy to use. Then I had a problem! I sent an email to the developer and did not expect a quick response. They got back to me quickly with an easy explanation to resolve the issue. Thank you, your product and service are amazing.

Load of rubbish. Download file is empty. An absolutely no response when I tried to reach out for support. SCAM

I’m a solo user who does all kinds of data collection for my company,so decided to track assets. Works great on 1 device only, however, I installed it on tablet as well, and tried to backup and restore to dropbox as well as local folders. After numerous failures, it’s getting deleted from my phone. Pity, cos i use both devices extensively and really wanted a decent solution. The whole setup proceedure is confusing & a waste of time. For the record, I use DropSync Pro every day, so not a novice.

It’s an excellent start for home owner to track bigger projects (cars, boats, RV, PWC, ATV, MC etc) but paid version I bought I thought it would have be more customable & more accounting functions because it originally to me with certain fields seemed for a shop but is rather limited. By no means do I think it’s horrible for home if had more abilities to change all fields and a lot lot more accounting functions.
