It gives you the option to disable cookies, but the popup won’t go away until you accept them.

I love that I can read my books offline. I can bring my tablet and read on car rides or whenever I have extra time. Bookshelf also automatically downloads my books and makes them available on my phone. I have not had any issues using this app

App and vitalsource are trash. Purchase paper copies, I wasted so much time this semester waiting for pages to load.

This app is an absolute life saver. It allows me to carry my legal library around (some books of which are well over 1000 pages and ridiculously heavy) in my pocket making them so easy to access and effortlessly search for specific cases and legislation. Thank you and highly recommended to all 😊

Customer service is rude and disrespectful. Tim E. called me a security threat because I wouldn’t compromise my account by providing security information over email. Furthermore, the phone number they provide is sketchy. They expect you to compromise your account just to get one book deleted and provide a phone number that doesn’t match their website? Sounds to me like they are the ones trying to steal security information. Just use the Macmillan app for your textbooks instead.
