So grateful to have found this app after finding out I am at risk for type 2. Just plug in your exercise and everything you eat. It tells you how many carbs, calories, and how much fat you have eaten for the day and lets you set targets to stay under. It even tells you your vitamins levels! This app makes it easy to track what you eat. just wish I was able to import my own recipes from my computer.
Very user friendly and efficient for a diabetic. Don’t like that meds have to input individually unless you bulk them in one event. Not very efficient for tracking.
This is an excellent app, easy to use, and allows me to track everything I wish to track. I absolutely hate the new version. I find it clumsy to use and would like to get back to you previous user interface. I don’t think I’ll live long enough to get used to this version. 🙁
Way too much. If you’re OCD and record every detail of every portion of every every ingredient in your meals and every dose of every medication you take, you’ll love this app. If you are like me, and prefer to create one simple entry, such as “lunch”, and put the details of the meal in the notes, you’ll be annoyed with it but you’ll be able to do it. But beware. The interface changes drastically on some updates. And the most recent update wiped out all of my historical male and medication notes.
This app has many useful features. The interface is easy to understand & read. The program is thorough & reliable. I recently experienced a major glitch & reached out to customer service. They worked on it for over a week and always kept me informed. They went above & beyond to make it work again. I’m really glad I purchased this app & highly recommend it.
