Private Information Harvesting App. There is no reason why they need to gather personal information in order to offer rewards. When they do have a breach, a class action lawsuit will likely help them decide to change this app. But if you care about personal information then don’t install the app and don’t shop here expecting rewards.
Installed it, but couldn’t even register – requires a 10 character password with special characters? Online banking does not require 10 characters for the password! I don’t want another unique password to remember (most other places have less strict requirements so I reuse several passwords for less important sites/apps). Reading up on other reviews and seeing how you only have 2 weeks to redeem $5, it just ain’t worth it.
Points for purchases are not easily registered (often requires several scans). And those registered are sometimes disappearing from the history.
It works fine but don’t like how the reward is only valid for 14 days. Would be nice to be able to accumulate or just be able to use without the pressure of having to come in within the 2 weeks. Not always convenient to go or out of town, life gets busy and forget etc. Sometimes we even stock up when we get the chance and freeze them. Can’t consume that much bread in 2 weeks. Also would be nice to have promos on random things so we can try them
Bait and switched…offer of 6 free buns was supposed to expire Aug 5 and disappeared the next day.
Scam. I signed up for the free hotdogs and buns offer. Reward was to expire on July 31 but it disappeared from the app way before that. Thanks, Cobs! You lost a loyal customer. 👋
Downloaded the app, got an offer that expires in 3 weeks but the offered disappeared after 1 day.
It takes way too much money spent to get a measly $5… Further, I had a free bread pack coupon that didn’t expire until the 31st only for it to disappear before its expiry date?? Cobs bread might be tasty, but this app is not only useless and unfair.
App works well on its own, haven’t had issues with that. The main issues I have are with the points, and the vouchers. Once you collect enough points to get 5$ off, the app automatically spends the points for you. Then you are stuck with a voucher that you have to use in 14 days or it expires. Easy uninstall on this app. Pretty much useless.
