There is no easy way to contact support – chat feature does not work. Cannot call or contact directly, the only phone number on the website is for the US-based sales team.

Claims that my 2fa code is wrong even though it works on the website. Logged in online and disabled 2fa and now when I try to login to the app it says “There is an internal server error” every single time.
