Unable to download phone not a 5G
…couldn’t even register to use the app. It just kept saying something went wrong. Restarting the app did nothing…
App no longer works as of today. Tried logging in, message says something went wrong and to call. I didnt change credentials. As guest, i cant see home, barcode or rewards selections (screen flashes once then goes blank). I only ser search box for products. Useless.
This app doesn’t load anymore. I deleted & reinstalled. Still doesn’t work. Terrible. I will have to delete & not shop anymore with Lucky.
I have not been able to get this app to load. It comes up and then it gets stuck on find products. I have called the 800 number they cant help me. Why!! All they say is say go to web site!! Not helpful !
App has been unusable for three weeks, even after uninstalling and reinstalling. App goes to product search screen and stays there, so reward points are unredeemable and other features are inaccessible. Its borderline fraudulent for a company to allow this error to continue as long as it has.
Won’t let me sign up
Update on 11/9/22 made this app unusable. The app will now only go to the product search screen. Can’t look at coupons, deals or weekly ad.
Update Nov 5th 2022: Nothing will stay on the screen except the search bar, can’t see points or redeem them sense update. Can not get to ad or coupons either sense update !!
