It works fine for me. I believe they’ve updated it to fix the previous issues. I’m happy with the app.

App is awful. Login doesn’t seem to work most of the time. Can’t reset the password or even enter in ss# to reset due to a glitch when trying to enter the numbers. Can’t easily view or customize what you want to see. Hope you work on this.

Would be really nice to not require SMS verification every single time, especially with biometric login enabled. It’s redundant and annoying.

New “upgrade” = a failed abortion. It doesn’t allow me to move my money into a new fund nor allow me to change my future investments without a preselected fund that I already have in place. Basically, useless. They may help me transfer all of my retirement to another company at this rate. 👎

Horrible! I not cannot log into my account. I’ve tried resetting my info, and the app won’t accept my SS#. Ot keeps deleting numbers after the first 3 digits. I just withdrew funds a couple of weeks ago, but now it wants me to make a new account. If I can find a way of transferring everything, I will. I had NO issues when this was ICMA-RC. Get your $$$ out now!

I am suffering through the change to missionsquare. With the name change came a new application. To my shock, it is much worse then the previous app. I am unable to modify my investments. Shouldn’t that be the first thing I should be able to do? I can overstate how frustrated I am with mission square. Not to mention poorer.
