Why would you make a secure password expire. I’ve been 3 days working through this stupid app trying to log back in and create a new password.
Update : It makes bad ,incorrect, information ,even more useless . Employers using Paychex is a wilfull act 9f contempt toward their employees … One * because 0 *s isn’t possible … A steaming pile of uselessness. But let’s not pretend that’s not by design. Stakeholders are surely elated by an app that provides little to no documentation of wage & benefit theft to their employees …
Not working
Can’t even login. Never changed the password or my username and it says my social number is wrong.
App is trash and the password reset requirements are completely out of control. I would quit my job just to get another payroll company if it were financially feasible.
Each time I try to log in, the app states that I typed in the wrong password. Even when I change the password it still doesn’t remember it and as a result I get locked out of my app.
Can’t use the app to access time punches. App loads very slow and have to use the website instead. Website is also janky and very slow despite having full bars of 5G signal on S22 Ultra. Customer support transferred me 3 times and had significant hold times and no resolution. Terrible app and support!

Unable to log in on my phone. But no problem doing it on the laptop. Hmmm.
If I could give it no stars I would. It will not let me sign in. I can sign in with no problem online. Please fix or take down.
