It won’t let me use it without updating the app but there is no update available.
Moderatly user friendly layout, two changes could make it far better. 1. When opening it, the app defaults to the childcare reservation page. It should default to a landing page instead with thumb sized icons for the options on the hamburger menu. 2. You can only filter by instructor. The instructors are in no discernable order, and there are about 500 of them. It would be nice to be able to filter by class, location, time, or instructor, and be able to choose how to sort the results.
Can’t add payment information, keep getting error. Can’t sign up on the web either…have to use app. Infuriating.
Absolutely useless. Cant schedule courts. “Pricing is unavailable for this category” is all i get. I tried adding a credit card to see if that would change anything to find out the app wont accept any valid Visa.
If you want to book classes or childcare, you have to use the app,
otherwise I wouldn’t. It’s slow, crashes every time I use it, and it never
returns you to the page/date you were originally looking at.
This app is useless. I keep getting a “location is not turned on” error when I try to reserve a court or activity. An update would be nice, even if it only fixes basic usability.
The app is ok but the pepole of the facility suck told can’t do one thing then others tell you you can not.
