Wow, wow, wow. Bad, bad ,bad. I routinely work with Lawncare apps. This is by far the absolute worst app for lawncare I have experienced. From receiving jobs, logging in, to completing jobs this app is horribly designed. Apparently this company did not involve end users in any beta testing. On top of that, after completing a few jobs, they are refusing to pay me for a job. I read the reviews and thought I could overcome the obstacles. Wrong, this app will eat up your time and profits.
Cannot open the open market place, says I’m ineligible to contact my vam, I did that and she doesn’t know why it why it won’t open

I’d give it 0 or -⭐ if I could. I’ve gotten actual headaches just from trying to use the app while it freezes, won’t take pictures, won’t upload anything, or just plain out stupid setup.
I have alot of the same issues and the other users. Its glitchy. There are days I have had to uninstall and reinstall 4 times. It for no reason or warning just goes dark. The photos will still take if you happen to get the right thing in the frame because you can see nothing on your end. If this happens midway thru a job you just lose all the pics and have to start over. Some days it will just stop entering numbers completely. I cant schedule jobs from my smart phone at all. It will not accept it for nothing. Some jobs still show on the app even once transmitted. I was told these problems are more likely to happen on an android as the app is geared better for IPhone. Any tips for these issues would be greatly appreciated.
Only reson that this app has 1,9 stars is because some of reviews give 4-5 stars and probably because they are connected with tech support or they are trying to kiss u know what. Otherwise this app would have 1 rating and that is all that deserves. U spend more time trying to fix glitches that actually working. List of what is wrong is way too long. When u try to get help with tech support u are told somebody will call u back and they never do. Not worth at all and stay away from it.
The app is very slow and sometimes it doesn’t even take the pictures
