Worked fine, until the latest android update. Now nothing, but a blank white screen each time i open the app. Tried uninstall, then downloading again. Still nothing.
Since Samsung update 2.12.22 it has refused to open, reinstalled, cleared cache data restarted several times. Given up. Never using this pile of rubbish again
It doesn’t work!
I never use it, but I signed up and put my card on a long time ago just in case. I was at the grocery store and I forgot my wallet, I thought no bid deal I’ll use samsung wallet. It has me sign in then asks for a verification option. I press fingerprint then scan my finger. Nothing happens. So I went back and pressed pass code instead, the app crashes. The one time I needed it, and it doesn’t work. Still not working a couple days later. Won’t be using it ever again.
Why is it asking for my Zip Code when adding my credit card? My country uses Postal Code and I don’t live in USA.
Was, The fastest way to spend money! What happened to the app? Since the update I have been unable to confirm identity to use the app. I used password then tried fingerprint. The the screen shuts down. Nothing is working. Please fix
