Better off switching ! Company’s they will disconnect your phone number and leave u without out a phone even if your bill isn’t due! On top of that they just hang up on you or will not hand you over to a supervisor/manager absolutely the worst customer service ever ! They talk down you like your 3 or something o will never EVER do business with straight talk again
Keeps causing problems I don’t pay $50 $60 two different times just so that I’d lose my phone number and then have to try to fight the whole damn internet to try to get it back as of that my files data photos photos videos whether it was personal private or public or violated because of the lack of security. So can you please fix whatever it is it’s wrong with your app but do not do nothing else to my device’s because of this minor major problem involving Google Facebook & YouTube. IT KiLLeD Me!
