I like it a little bit but it is to much for me but it is good so far
Once I downloaded this app I thought it would be a great way to show my kids how to budget and save money. I don’t mind the extra cost of putting money onto the account for my kids but it’s a hassle when you can’t even get to that point to put any money on a card because of bugs in the system. So I deleted the app and upon doing that I reactivated it thinking that my cards wasn’t going to come for my children that I ordered. Yet I re-downloaded the app only to not be able to log into my account
PROs: Clean and fresh UI and intuitive and fast sign up process. CONs: I had to add my kids twice for some reason. After Getting them up and transferring some money they all disappeared but email communication left me thinking I didn’t miss anything. For some reasons all my kids were wiped until I added them again. Transfer time is slow and my biggest gripe is Tasks. We separate from chores and paid jobs but in Till you have to enable allowance to add any tasks (and the task UX is lacking).
It is so good for kids
PROS- free acct, free debit cards for the kids, easy to use/navigate, easy to set up CONS- takes 5 or more days for ACH debit to load the parent account. Thats a major drawback if my kids need money asap, as i cant send any $ unless i already put it in the parent acct. Other apps like gohenry allow instant transfer into parent acct then instant onto kids cards. We’ve decided to use a paid app which allows this rather than remain with till. Really liked it but we need instant funding.
My account was suspended and I need my money back I don’t like it at all!!!
