How do I delete my personal info before uninstalling the APP?
App is extremely slow to respond to any input. Took way longer to order through this app than any other I have use. Could very easily loose customers over this.
App can be laggy at times. But my biggest gripe is how searching for items results in NATIONWIDE search results. There’s no way to filter results for your LOCAL stores. We don’t have “Hood” milk in Pennsylvania. We don’t have Kemp brand milk either. It’s annoying and I can see this being an issue for shoppers constantly needing to substitute for items that your local store OBVIOUSLY WOULDN’T HAVE.
I’ve been a customer for 2 1/2 years. Iove the app. I live in the Chicago Suburbs. I had a regular shopper for 2 years. Sadly she moved to Florida. Looking for a nearby shopper in the western suburb of Chicago was impossible. I stumbled onto one 25 Miles north of me. I like him. He has shopped for me once. But he’s been on vacation for 2 weeks. The only other Dumpling shopper I can find only covers the city of Chicago. I have to wait for my shopper to return from vacation. I check daily for

Dumpling is an excellent service, much different than Instacart, etc. Your shopper will stop at several different stores in one trip. Stores’ sale prices and coupons are honored. One thing I love is that your shopper gets to keep your entire tip. This is a perfect solution for me, as I am disabled and shopping is very difficult for me.
The service was good while it lasted, but the app has always been more than a little dodgy when making a list/using the back button, and now my seller’s gone & there are no more in my area, so there’s not much point in keeping it installed anymore. Shame, honestly, bc it had such promise to upend its competitors but 🤷
Think of the Elderly – I have a few elderly customers that would LOVE to use this service so that I can be their shopper every time. But all they have is a tablet and a landline. The app needs to be updated to include downloads to a tablet and they can receive their security code verification by email. I am just starting out but thought there were going to be more accessible store catalogs 😢
A great shopping experience
My shopper is fantastic, and the app makes it easy to save items for later or add items that aren’t shown in the inventory. My only complaint is that I’d like to start shopping at Sprouts, but Dumpling doesn’t support this store’s inventory, yet, so I can’t build my list in the app for that store.
