This updated version makes me want to withdraw my money, and close my 5/3 account. IT SUCKS. WHY? I most definitely want to give it 0 stars, but it want let me. After going back to reviews of the previous App, 5/3 you DEFINITELY drop the ball with this nonsensical update. Please take note of all the negative feedback, and do the right thing; the smart, and flush this so called update. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE
Was 4 stars before. Absolute trash after the update. Not at all clear where transactions are going, occasionally tries to change how much you are transferring, horrible look and interface. Wish it just gave a classic mode where it had it the way it was before because atleast then I had the information I needed
The new way the app runs is horrible, there is so much of a delay in posting that you never know how much money you actually have, which is detrimental when you have to keep track of everything you spend, so all in all hate the new setup and how it runs
It takes an hour to login
The new update is a serious downgrade. The real-time data is all gone. The transactions are no longer in order &The app doesn’t have a user friendly interface. Also the thumbprint option to sign in never works
Worst display update ever. Wish I could give this negative stars. They made something easy to read into complete horrible eye strain. Bubbly and unprofessional besides missing important transaction data that you can’t see with out looking at individual transactions manually. Also transfers are slow as a windows 98 computer. Worst app in the play store
The OLD app was definitely better. This new one is a downgrade. So many issues. And my main concern is that there is no way to see which card a posted transaction came from (if sharing an account, like with your spouse). So that makes it easier for someone to steal our $ because we cant check our transactions (my husband thinks i made the purchased, and i think he made the purchase) so it goes unquestioned. You can no longer use the App to access the ATM either. I miss the old app severely.
The new look and feel of the app is simply terrible. Large chunky cards that take up more space and yet don’t present more information, just look ugly. The information that used to be quick and easy now takes longer. Very poor design.
Update: Why even have biometric security as an option if it only works 20% of the time?! Despite the NUMEROUS negative reviews, you still have yet to fix even the most basic operation of this app. OP: Loved the previous version of this app. Hate that the biometric security does not pop up as soon as the app is opened, that the quick transfer option is no longer on the main screen, and just the overall appearance of the app. This is by far the worst version of this app.
Terrible update. Really like the old version better I was able to pay off my credit card a lot better.
