When I get orders to deliver my phone starts turning off and on so many times. This only happens to my phone when I turn on the Grubhub app. So, I end up losing money!!
I have been on grubhub’s wait list for over a year every time I go back onto the app to try to update my information like it asked me to through email it keeps saying that I have no internet connection which is a lie!!! Smh

Generally pretty solid for the most part, but the latest update has become increasingly annoying. The GrubHub driver app has a tendency to still show hot spots & show you as available for orders, but I’ll get random messages from GH HQ about “We haven’t received a location update from you in a while,” and if I don’t notice that text fast enough, I’ll get randomly kicked off my block and switched offline. Pretty obnoxious for trying to earn through the app.
it takes a while to receive orders.. they need direct locations or dispatch area’s .. driving so far is comfortable tho👍🏾😁
Keep missing requests because I’m not getting notified that I have one. Many of them are not reaching my phone. I see a slew of missed requests on my earnings. Requests that never came through to my phone.
