The app signs me out everytime I open it. The charts are super buggy. They freeze and sometimes you don’t realize because everything looks the same. When a chart freezes there should be an alert or something just to let people know. Also I don’t think there’s a way to set stop losses on the simulator.
Signed up and deposited then waited around 7 business days to be able to use funds. Didn’t like it so withdrew. 2 hours later they locked my account and sent me an email saying it could be a variety of reasons this happened. No idea where my funds are and my account is no longer able to sign in at all. Waiting to hear back from customer support but still crickets
Waiting for my deposit to settle but got it for my kids mainly. But both my kids’ applications seem to be stuck in limbo now and I’m not sure how to get them back
It is working perfectly but I notice that there are some other companies that easily access someone’s account. Bugs are easy to interact on this app, fix it.
This app sucks it’s fake I know it’s fake because I can’t get no card on there and it says that I want over 100k it’s just fake terrible app

The app hasn’t been working properly for several days. I can’t get into my payments section to make adjustments, can’t send a message to support and I had to leave a message on the voicemail for support. Not sure what is going on.
