It’s a nice app when it decides it wants to work. it crashes once in awhile and sometimes you have an issue logging in. sometimes when you go to login and you enter your correct email and correct password it will prompt you with an error saying you have the wrong email or password. I’ve had to uninstall and reinstall the app a couple of times. I hope the developers take care of this issue.
I like this app
I caution you to use this for your retirement. I’ve been using for 3 years now for my rothIRA and just recently wished to transfer out to a different brokerage, however M1 makes very difficult to do so. It’s been 3 months since initiating the process and still cannot transfer my account. When I’ve called the help line, the help was below par for >80% of the time and was not helpful. They were nice, but were not helpful or knew how to direct my questions. Except Harold. Harold is great.
