This application has alot of bugs and glitches. Queue times are very long and at times, require a restart of the application or the entire phone. When the app does work, its ok. But when the app malfunctions, its a disaster… missed jobs, long queues, frozen scenes, sporadic shut-downs. Makes providing assistance to clients in need difficult and frustrating at times. Having used this app since its release, I cannot say I would recommend this particular app again for MB Roadside. Almost seems like a downgrade from the app years ago. I will say the app does provide some go information attached with each, and its convenient having a jobs history.
Make this junk work! And give tech support a kick! Its downright shameful how pathetic this app is, and shame on Mercedes for choosing such a pitiful platform. I am LOGGED OUT OF THE APP, and calls are still coming to me instead of the technician on call. I have to uninstall the app so HOPEFULLY it will work.
I have been On call for 7 days and out of the 10 or so roadside calls that have come in I have been notified of 1 of them. This app needs alot of work.
Lots of calls don’t come thru. I agreed with what all the other 1 stars have to say.

worst app ever. i dont know how mercedes can be ok with this app. never get the calls
app keeps crashing. Have to go back to it top reset everytime a phone call is made, lots of false calls, doesn’t always alert you right away when a call for service comes in. Needs a lot of work!
Absolute garbage of an application. Pretty much an embarrassment for Mercedes and MBUSA to continue to use this company. Based off the other reviews I’m not the only tech with issues
This roadside app is not reliable calls time out due to slow down load and the roadside agents see it as a decline and resend it out to third parties
