This app sucks cause it won’t let me verify my email don’t like it cause I can’t check my balance I have to call the card to check and that is time consuming
This is the absolute worst card ever made. If it wasn’t for being the only way I could get paid through a temp agency, I wouldn’t have it! There’s charges for everything about it. The app shows that every purchase made, happens at 5am in the morning regardless of what time it actually took place. Charges were denied when I had the money, yet they still show up deducted from my account. It’s a rip off all the way around and no one I’ve talked to likes it.
The date on my account details aren’t even correct, the app is slow and glitchy the old version was better the app is terrible .
Pure trash. Asks for an email address but it won’t actually recognize anything you type into the box. Forced to use it by the state of California in order to recieve my stimulus payment, but I already have a BofA card for unemployment benefits and direct deposit for my tax return so this makes zero sense. The “green” Democrats just generated more plastic waste for our landfills, they must have got fat campaign donations from the card issuer. Another payola scam.
I like it…
The email verification to get onto your account will not verify my email. The continue button stays grayed out even after multiple emails are tried. I cannot access my account at all. This card is more trouble than it’s worth.
Didn’t work
Requires you to input an email address to log in, but when you do, the button to submit doesn’t function. Crashes frequently.
