Terrible app and faceless company, 6 months into lease and can’t lodge a maintenance request or call anyone.
All of a sudden it just takes me to a log out page everytime I’m trying to open the app! It’s terribly built app knowing how much better the agent side is too.
Was working. Then all my documents, receipts etc. were deleted and only have access to change my details or logout. Unable to see anything needed. Have contacted property manager so many times now, as well as customer support here… And getting no where with this!! Property manager won’t do required steps, they keep using my email for me to have to change my password, which does nothing! Password and Email address, is NOT the issue!!
Simple to use! Maintenance requests can be uploaded with a description and photo with ease. Sends information directly to allocated PM and updates can be found within the app! Awesome for people who have little time to be making phone calls to the realestate or people suffering with anxiety unable to talk on the phone 🏡
I tried to contact my property manager using the “email manager” options and the app redirects me to PayPal – and opens sending money options to the manager. What a joke.
