I’m using this app for 1 1/2 year now and it works fine. It has a nice interface and the body recovery information is very interesting and motivating. One thing; in the non smoking tab the word “month” is depicted as “min”. Please fix it.
Only problem I see is that it doesn’t adjust cigarette prices. I think at about $10.00 to$15.00 a pack. The savings would be more. Great! Helps to see the bigger picture of life without smoking.

It helps alot to keep you motivated and conscious about the great choices your making to quit smoking. I love how it tells you the benefits of not smoking!
The quizzes are worded strangely, first indicating that smoking was behavioural only, then after another quiz said physical as well, this can be misleading for someone who doesn’t do all of the tests. I don’t appreciate being told the habit is stupid at the end of a test either. I am not stupid for developing an addiction. Having an addiction is unrelated to intelligence. There are better apps that are at least based off propper data.
