It’s a disaster. I’m a newbie artist and my account was suspended for an unknown reason for me. Redbubble’s user experience for newbies is awful. I didn’t finish setting up my account and was suspended. I don’t know what I did wrong and they deprived my opportunity to fix my mistakes. I submitted the appeal 2 weeks ago and nobody respond to me. It means that their bots can block any account by a mistake and they can skip an appeal and you will be suspended forever. Be careful
Worst place to buy a puzzle. The first one I bought the pieces were very thin that you couldn’t even barely put the puzzle together so they gave me a voucher to get another puzzle and the second puzzle was even worse and I asked for my money back and they told me no I would definitely not recommend this site for anything as far as the quality of their products go. Very disappointed!
I like the convenience of using the app over a browser but that there’s no way of turning off the vibration function when you favorite something making the app unusable for me
The worst app on the app store. Does not work at all. Different search results from the website. Using an S21 plus. For a company as big as Redbubble, you’d think they’d hire some competent mobile app developers. I know students who would make an actual working app.
App is useless for creators because it doesn’t let you create new designs on the app, you have to use the website for that. Website is extremely buggy and loves to give error messages when you try to process your new design but doesn’t explain what the error is. Used to be a great site but is becoming more of a waste of time.

Please listen your sellers and artists we want a nice app so that we can upload our designs and perfectly manage it in app and one more thing please fix the editing process of design after uploading it I think we can get more features to perfectly add a design in any product. Please bring app asap it will be much helpful for us
Bad. They can’t control their suppliers any better than herding cats. Don’t tell me both items are guaranteed by Dec. 24 if you can’t guarantee it. Half of the order arriving on time doesn’t count. And their support sucks. No live chat. No contact info. I messaged the seller. Nada. No shipping info either.
