Rently introduced a ridiculous price hike that makes you pay AND have to use the tokens within 30 days. Once the tokens expire, you have to purchase more. Here is the updated pricing: $1.99 for 3 tours / tour credits per 30 days 2.99 for 10 tours / tour credits per 30 days 4.99 for unlimited tours / tour credits per 30 days. Old price was $1 for 20 tokens. Doesn’t seem like much of a hike but do the math. For the first tier, 100% price hike and lose more than 6x your tokens.
I love the fact that this is easy and gives you easy access to apartments and homes that are for rent instead of working with other people you can go by yourself

Total scam artist, no one physically, and they try to charge you to tour the apartments, and get you debit card, claiming it’s a one time fee of $ 2.99 to get the access codes to different properties, and make you scan your ID into their app. Smh. What a joke.
Have to pay to use the smart lock service and I don’t see another way to look at the units for free. It also shows places for rent that aren’t on the market, which is extremely frustrating and unhelpful. Why do homes that aren’t on the market show up in my feed? 4/5 houses I checked were “off market.”
Why am I been charged for a app that I used once in a week it has charged my account 3 times and it has not been 30 days
