The latest update of Resident App is Wednesday, July 20, 2022 for phones. You can’t use it on your PC directly. So, you have to use an Android emulator like BlueStacks Emulator, Memu Emulator, Nox Player Emulator, etc.

Installing Resident App on your PC isn’t that difficult if you use NOX app player on your computer. It’s one of the most popular Android emulators you can use today. Let’s get you through the process of how to install Resident App on your PC using NOX:
- First off, you need to download the NOX player on your computer from here and install it by double clicking the installer.
- The installation will take a few minutes depending on how fast your PC is. Then, click on launch and run the emulator.
- Inside the emulator, you can see the Google Play store icon on the top right corner area. Click on it.

Recent Resident App Reviews
Hopefully Avalon will drop this vendor. If you are an Avalon resident, complain about the app so that we can go back to the old system we had before. The phone tag that results in the Resident app makes it more difficult for residents. Unecessary to have a mobile application because the website functions better than the app.
Garbage. My complex took a working process and introduced this third party app that doesn’t even work. Even if it did, all it’s done is complicate maintenance requests, why does everything today need an app!? Can’t sign on via code (error detected) can’t sign on with email (password invalid) can’t change password (password can’t be current password).
Once again.. unable to login. Doesn’t recognize email or phone number resident for many years.
A dream come true to actually experience the joy of living on the premises of such an exclusive architectural Avalon property. And the amenities are far too amazing, seriously. Being born in San Francisco and getting to have my own Condo/Apartment has to be God showing me favor. I’m happier, appreciative, and more grateful than ever!

I can’t find my community on here. I don’t like using my phone. It’s much easier for me to use my computer! Ugh!!
Horrible app, our community changed it’s name and now it’s very difficult to log in. It keeps going back to our previous name. I’m not even singing up for it, I could care less… I’m moving anyways
I still can’t use the app. I’m registered but forgot my password. On Tuesday, October 25, I emailed a message. An email was sent to me but I never got it. This is very frustrating. If I need repairs to my apartment, how am I going to to let the office know. Is it app registered as Lafayette Boynton of the story Ave apts? Each time I’m prompted to type my email or give my number it says no account with either one. They gave me my username but that’s as far as I got
Broken. During sign up when I confirm my email, the screen never progresses any further so I cannot use the app
