I’ve had so many orders where the item got lost in the mail or got delayed in shipping and when the buyer chooses replace item or to wait a bit before replacing, Etsy still gives them a full refund before I can even do anything. I’ve lost so much money because they don’t know how to handle anything but transactions. Literally the worst. The fees are insane as well, my products are not the most expensive (around 250-300 CAD) but they take $30-$50 per order.

Can’t even login to the app anymore. Tells me to update the app (there is no update available) or go on the desktop (no point in using the app if I just have to physically go on the site). Make it make sense.
Just downloaded and it’s telling me to use the latest version of the app. Genius
I always have ptoblems logging in. I cant sell if I cant get on.
Keeps making me login in everytime I want to go into the app, it’s a pain in the butt
