Dosent load
This was a great app. I remember selling and buying a few things over the years. However 2022 it’s a different story twice had accepted and agreed offer neither turned up. Simply put I don’t think people are using the app any more.
You can not sell anything on this app anymore. It used to be good for selling and your items will go. They want you to pay for adverts which is not a problem but because they make people in your local area not see what uou want to sell it will only show in a place 40 miles away which means that if you pay for advert the wrong area will see which means it won’t be sold and you waste your money I use other sites now and sell items within 24hours.
Not smooth at all. Annoying new “save search” pop up that gets in the way, every new search. Slow loading of items when scrolling down. Search options not saved when you change them. Very old item listings still remain, if the owner doesn’t mark them as sold, or doesn’t remove the item. Un wanted alerts on items you mark as favorite, when someone makes an offer or asks a question. Only plus point – you last 3 search criteria is saved (item search)
Too many scammers nowadays I’m actually fed up from fighting scammers no actual genuine buyers. It turns out ppl make fake profiles and do fake buys so your item is delisted and theirs is still remaining online coz of competition, very competitive and scum tactics.

As of December 2022, I am unable to log in with the same credentials I have used previously in this app, which at this moment makes this app useless to me.
Great idea, similar to eBay but but but full of spammers and fraudsters who try to get ‘courier’ fee paid into their bank account. If you use the app be careful of dodgy sounding replies to products you’re selling. Shpock claim they will do something about these people if you report them, but it’s been 4 days and I’ve no reply from Sphock. So I wouldn’t recommend this app.
A user of this app for a very long time and it has gone downhill. So many times i have suggested to customer service potential scammers and nothing seems to be done. Scammers method on this app: they say they dont accept shpock wallet OR doesnt work for them, they only accept bank transfer or paypal friends and family (this is so they take your money and not send item) For new users that have less than 5-10 stars approach the transaction with caution. Shpock fix it up, its real bad
This app has basically died and has become a ghost town in the space of 2 years since introducing buyer protection, into of the cringest most toxic user base you could ask for. Dont bother downloading this garbage. Its time has passed. You can easily pay 8 pound extra to buy an item for 5. So thats 13 pound plus postage too. For a 5 pound bargain. Not so much a bargain anymore. Dont waste your life on this shite
