I don’t know what’s going with the app but seems like this give me issues every other times I try to use the service. Other day I try to send money was giving some errors. So I had to use different services to sent money. Today again a different issues which I can’t even login into my account using my password. Worse service, someone need to fix this issues.
I spent few days trying to log in the app., install or reinstall few times, contact the customer service, after a day just back to me asking to reinstall the app again after i did 6x times.. Poorly service.
I started in English then it went back to different languages you have to keep everything in English
100%Awful Experience!!!. It’s quick to take your money but the funds have yet to go to the recipient I sent it to. WHAT a scam!!!

Can not login my account. What is the problem?
No option to delete account and data. Support says to contact dpo office and they never reply, disaster.
Cant log back in I have sent thousands of pounds overseas in recent months due to a project back home through their all no problems at all Then suddenly I am asked to update the app, after updating the app doesnt let me log back in.
