Sports injuries are one of the most common types of injuries. They can occur in any type of sport, at any level of competition. Most sports injuries are caused by overuse, trauma, or poor technique.
Sports injuries can be divided into two main categories: acute and chronic. Acute injuries are sudden and severe, while chronic injuries develop over time and are usually the result of overuse.
The most common types of sports injuries are strains and sprains. A strain is a stretching or tearing of a muscle or tendon, while a sprain is a stretching or tearing of a ligament. Other common injuries include fractures, dislocations, and concussions.
The best way to prevent sports injuries is to warm up properly before activity, use proper technique, and wear the proper protective gear. If you do suffer an injury, it is important to seek medical attention and follow a rehabilitation program to ensure a full and speedy recovery.

This app has been a life saver for my knees. However, when I switch, and pay, for phase 2 of the program I’m doing, it does not show the movements. It only shows the phase introduction video with the “switch to this phase” button greyed out. I tried to go back to phase 1 with the same result.
Hello, this is a wonderful app that helped me a lot for my plantar fasciitis. Unfortunately, whatever I press now, I get the message “Something went wrong”. Any idea how to fix this? I am eager to be able to use it again. It is such a help.
Nice app but the layout needs a redesign I wanted to put a program together, it’s a confusing app doesn’t flow together somehow
Great app..thumbs up
I had snapped the ATFL and ruptured 3 of the 5 points on the Deltoid ligament in my left ankle. This site saved me when no other help was there. I appreciated the science and the value of the expertise. Daily although i was not good at recording i practised the exercises gaining strength and flexibility in an overall body investment of self. I am not a sportsperson. So i would recommend this approach to those who find the app.
Prety good exercises. They way they explain the exercises, very clear to follow.
Don’t say it’s free if after 3 minutes of reading, in order to progress beyond basic info you need to upgrade and pay. Just have people pay for it initially or make it all free, or at least give a larger chunk of free material before asking people to upgrade.
Good structured content, but prices on the app do not match the amount of money they are asking for.
Barely any content. Looks like the app has been started but never finished. Not worth downloading.
