Experience of renting clothes is good, but I wanna complain bout the app, after the update, everytime I touch the search bar, it kicks me out of the app. Please fix, lots of bugs.
Very disappointing! I couldn’t schedule to return my box cz the system had bugs. I contacted the team but it didn’t go anywhere. I was suggested to refresh the app but still didn’t work. I decided to cancel my subscription, but the system didn’t allow it since I had not returned the box (heyyy but the system itself crashhhhh!!). Then, the day I successfully schedule box returning, THEY CHARGED SUBSCRIPTION FEE FROM MY CREDITCARD! This is not fair!
Luckily, I have my friend’s referral and a month free subscription. Else, I’d be regretting opting into the subscription now. During pre-subscription, I found a couple of nice dresses to rent and their sizes appeared to be available in the app. At post-subscription, realized that the sizes are NOT available. Therefore, as new users, we need to be aware that the available sizes you see during pre-subscription may/may not be available at the post-subscription.
Terrible experience with the app. Before the free trial ended, I requested for a return for the last box. However, they didn’t mention that the box has to be returned 2 days before the subscription ended. The app then continued to charge me for next month subscription even when u brought it up to the customer service team.
Can’t open wish list, the filter for clothing is too limited, no search bar
Idea is good but as you continue to “rent” clothes, can tell the clothes are experiencing wear & tear. One major improvement the app can make is to CANCEL your subscription when you contact customer support instead of manually doing it yourself because I was under the impression that I have already cancelled my subscription but it has been charging me for 5 months! That’s a waste of $400 and I didn’t even use the service! Can you refund me my money?
Do not input card details when they offer free trial. They will continue your subscription even after the trial ends.

I have trouble cancelling my subscription, they will keep saying that they are working on your cancellation of your subscription. I have chatted with them within the app but everytime they have a representative and I have to tell them the situation again and again for more than 3 times. I have cancel both my cloth and bag service in Feb but they kept saying that they will cancel my bag service in March. No reason given and this is ridiculous. I gave up coz I have repeated myself too many time.
