App works well now but still not getting miles on a monthly basis
It doesn’t work
Recently it says I have “not opted in” sends me to settings. I opt into everything. But still kicks me back to setting with the same message. Fix your broken apps.
-Sometimes load details will not appear creating a lot of confusing planning. -The notifications rarely work even though they are all set to “opt-in”. -Everything else works for the most part.

Better than Knight app
How am I to know that I have an assignment if i’m not in my truck? This app doesn’t notify me of a pending assignments. I’d love for this app to function as it’s should & send me my notifications in a timely manner. Why do I need to log in everytime I open the app? I should be able to stay logged in? It’s very frustrating, the tools we use daily don’t function as they should. *What’s more frustrating is that neither this app or in gauge work properly at this moment. This needs an update badly.
No notifications on Samsung S21 Ultra 5G.
What’s the point of having an app that is supposed to notify you of loads if it doesn’t just that. The messages section of the app is useless. It doesn’t do update at all and half the time the messages you send on the app aren’t recieved by dispatch and when it is, they can’t reply to it. Horrible app that constantly crashes and when it does, time to keep having to reinstall the app. It constantly says login in progress so you have to keep hitting login until it stops saying that.
