My review is not a reflection on the customer service agents, whom I have found to be both polite and efficient. You may wish to read my review on Trustpilot so that you can make an informed decision and not be suddenly left without credit & have your account compulsorily changed to a prepaid, e-money account that you didn’t initially sign up for even though you have managed your credit account responsibly. Rubbish – signed up only to be told cannot be offered a credit facility. Credit score just under 900 so not sure what is required to be granted a credit line but good luck !

Honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had with a bank, a friend sent me money due too struggling financially and as soon as I received the funds they blocked my account due to “requiring more information” when supplied with the information they still refuse me access to the money and when asked to close the account and return the funds they say it will take up to 30 days. Honestly stay away worst customer service ever
