a lot of bugs app
It was a nice app before by offering good deals. But now I regret renewing the membership for 1 year while all deals with good restaurants will end on 31 Dec. It doesn’t worth so don’t subscribe to this app and search for other better apps.
I don’t recommend this APP specially when they change their policies without notification and without our acceptance during our purchase period. Customer service care becomes very rude. I am a user sine 2014- since the entertainer was a book not even an app-and lately customer care agents tell lies and don’t care. I will delete this useless app
This app is very difficult to navigate. The offers are gray and the chat support is not helpful. Don’t give out offers and chat support if they cannot be claimed and if chat features like attaching images don’t work even if there is a button to do so. It is frustrating to see an offer (in this case the National Day offer) and click it and it takes you somewhere else. This is app is just not functioning and it is a waste of time.
there ks some bug in the app.. it was working fine before the recent update but since a week or so whenever i try to use the app the app logs me out and i cant access any offers.
I tried their delivery service and my order got cancelled with no explanation in top of that my card was cancelled.
It’s not worth it, most of the meals are expensive with limited selection.

The entertainer is a great app. There’s plenty of great deals to take advantage of and it help you find restaurants that you might not have known about. But since November 2022, the app stopped working and won’t let me sign in or use biometrics to access it. No update was provided to remedy this technical issue. With no access to the app, it essentially becomes useless.
