Love this app. Only reason I withheld that 5th star is for lack of detailed fabric content in the description of the pieces. I can’t wear all fabrics, and the description of the fabric content is usually extremely vague and without percentage breakdown of composition.

Made an order on Nov 26th, and the order was delayed and I called 2 times to check on the order they told one 1 item is recieved only and that they are waiting to get the other item, and on Dec 19 I called again they told me both items are not available and they canceled my order!!!! This is the worse online experience ever !!!!

Having a nightmare with customer service. Returned an item over a month ago ups have acknowledged they have lost the item but apart from speaking to a “bot” in the Philippines and receiving email after email that they have passed it onto their team noone is handling this and I don’t know what to do now….so beware if you keep to return there is no customer service support!!!!
