Recent Urgently Technician Reviews
(7/20/22) Suddenly stopped working. More specifically, it still receives incoming job alerts (that’s money I now can’t make) but the app has locked me out back to the “enter activation code” screen (which is an idiotic and unnecessary feature to begin with). I have the correct code but the app rejects it. I have emailed tech support multiple times with screenshots, logs, and detailed descriptions but I’d have better luck waiting for Publishers Clearinghouse to arrive at my door with a check.

Don’t waste your time like they did mine. First off, they are the lowest paying roadside app. And then they don’t want to pay me for helping their customers. I think I will just uninstall and just do calls for Honk, they have much better base pay for a call and they actually pay rates for extra labor
Only receive calls in the middle of the night, usually around 3:30 or 4am. What’s worse, it is a usually a request to change a tire on a Range Rover for $30. Urgently (like most of the motor clubs) is garbage!
I would like to say it is as awesome as it was when I first started with them in the beginning, however I cannot these days, like the others they do not take in consideration of cost of fuel, equipment, maintenance, and holding all the Insurance responsibility…. my company personally does not like to do $28.00 calls and eat the cost of gas…. SORRY NOT SORRY!!!

Unable to use the new app old one worked. Moving forward with them can’t complain.Tow universe at on-site towing on YouTube gives you some idea of what’s going on.
This app is not working right on Samsung a71 5g keeps refreshing and not logging in , says oops something went wrong
Please fix the glitches in this app for android phones. We can’t review any jobs from the app and the app freeze after the phone idles. Just not a good app. The other urgent.ly app is waaaaay better.
