Mobile check has never worked
Crashes quite frequently. Used to work fine
I downloaded this app thinking it would be useful. It’s so glitchy it’s unusable. Things don’t open or load. Can’t do anything with this app. Prepare to just use the internet because this app is garbage. I feel like this app was made by a 13 year old learning how to make an app. This isn’t mobile friendly. Its just reattempting to load the website in the app, and it doesn’t actually load anything.
The most recent update broke the app. It won’t even launch without crashing anymore.
Where are all the functions such as statements and tax forms. Useless app.
EDIT: Completely unusable even a year and a half later. Have not been able to even make it to the login screen for almost a year. I will be switching and moving funds to a more competent firm. Original review: Crashes when I navigate to any menu. Unusable after the recent updates
Zero stars. I put off updating this app as long as I could based on other reviews. I was right to wait, this latest version is not user friendly. I used to enjoy checking my brokerage account balance. Not any more. Vanguard should be ashamed of this product that is worse than previous version.
Not user friendly. Liked the original app better except that it doesn’t give real time quotes.
This new version is still a major step backwards regarding features and functionality in comparison to the previous version 9.3(pre-Beacon). To put it simply, I am considering migrating my investments to another company. That’s how horrible this version is.
