Used to be able to use my fingerprint to sign on…now I have to jump through hoops just to access my account. Freaking ridiculous
Been getting an App Is Busy error for over a week. Extremely frustrating how little this app works.
Starting last week, I have to Uninstaller and reinstall the app to be able to use it. This is very frustrating.
This app is horrible. It never remembers fingerprints or credentials. Have to constantly uninstall and reinstall. Samsung S22 Ultra. Update Dec 2022. If I could rate this app a zero I would. Still resets have to uninstall and reinstall, constantly loses login info and fingerprints.
This app used to work great, since the update, nothing but problems. Instead of getting better is getting worse. Have to uninstall and reinstall weekly. I really thought by now that the people we trust with our money, would be able to fix something as small as their banking app. Strongly thinking about changing banks because of how terrible this app is
Out of all apps I’ve had, this is the worst because it constantly says there’s an error, the network is busy or unavailable, having to put in the user name and password, verify my phone number twice, get a verification code via text and reset the biometric option once I’m finally able to get into it! When will these issues be resolved? This is supposedly one of the best banks out there but the app is the worst with many issues. I have to side with other users that it is annoying and frustrating!

UPDATE: It’s now December and the fingerprint login issue is still not fixed. On top of that, it isn’t even letting me open the app to login at all. I am considering switching banks just because this app is nothing but aggravating and clearly nothing is being fixed. I can only use the fingerprint login maybe twice before I have to go through a lengthy login process over and over again. It’s so aggravating! I liked the old app way better.
Terrible app, it constantly doesnt refresh. Now it wont even open the app, after reinstalling it will work for a day or 2 then error out again. Maybe you should stop hiring snowflakes that work 3 days a month to develop your application and instead invest some of your overdraft fees into a real app.
Fingerprint doesn’t work like everyone else said. Usernames don’t save even when you click the option to save it. I am a new customer, and to recover my username, I need my account number that I don’t know. Please don’t reply with an 800 number ain’t nobody got time for that.
