Ive ordered multiple times.. Delivery has consistently been late. Every single time. Sometimes wines listed are not in stock. Cancellations made without notice. Im currently seeking a better service. If ordering for a special occasion one should allow 3 weeks minimum to ensure success. Good luck..
The latest version of the app doesn’t work for me at all. The logo loads, the little guy hugs the wine bottle, and that’s all she wrote. I was coping by using the website instead, but since about May 20 that no longer works for me either. I called customer support a week ago, and the rep claimed a ticket was issued, but I haven’t heard back since.
